Symon Jeffrey MA MNAEA

About Symon:

Symon joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2000 after a 10 year career at sea travelling the world. In 2003 he gained his Masters Degree (MA) in Business Management and in 2004 National Association of Estate Agency (NAEA). I n 2007 he became a full Partner continuing to expand the company, develop the brand and implement new practices and procedures. Symon is based in the Wellington office, one of the most thriving across the company, having retained the number one spot in the town for over 10 years which he is immensely proud of.

Ken Wilkie


About Ken:

Ken is a Chartered Surveyor and the founding partner of Wilkie May & Tuckwood. Ken is the longest serving Estate Agent in Wellington and has an unrivalled knowledge of the town and the local property market. Many clients come back as repeat business, and often this passes through the family generations. Ken has lived and worked in the town for over 40 years and he now retains a consultancy role within the Company in active semi-retirement.

Gilles Irwin MNAEA

Senior Valuer

About Gilles:

Taunton born and bred, Gilles is the most recent member of the Wellington Team, joining as Senior Valuer in 2015 with the opening of the newly relocated office. Gilles brings with him a wealth of experience as he has worked locally within the profession for many years, successfully handling the marketing of properties in all price segments. He is also well experienced in promoting and presenting properties on websites and through local and regional publications. Gilles comments "I come from an environment with a strong customer service ethos and am delighted to be joining Symon at this exciting time in the company's development". In 2016 Gilles gained his NAEA awards.

Lisa Rossiter MNAEA

Sales Co-ordinator

About Lisa:

Lisa joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood's Wellington office as a Senior Sales Negotiator almost 15 years ago. After raising her young family, Lisa has worked in both the Taunton and Wiveliscombe offices, before returning to Wellington in her present role. Lisa is one of the most respected negotiators in the region, as she has a thorough working knowledge of the legal and practical side of the business. Her pleasant, calm, methodical approach as a Sales Co-ordinator is a major asset to the company as it ensures that clients are well looked after and regularly and carefully updated on the progress of their sales. Lisa passed her NAEA exams in 2016 with flying colours.

Kim Norman MNAEA


About Kim:

Kim joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in 2009 after working in both the legal and travel industry and has lived in Wellington all her life. Her main role is to deal with aspects of negotiation in the Wellington office as well as offering invaluable local knowledge to any prospective buyers or sellers. Kim has a very pro-active and enthusiastic approach to her work and enjoys being part of such a welcoming team, having passed her NAEA exams in 2016.

Rachel Studley


About Rachel:

Rachel comes from an Information Technology background where for many years she was an administrator for a specialist Educational Service Company based in Wellington. Those skills have been put to good use in our office where IT is constantly updated to support correct information for the sales team. Rachel is in charge of administration but is also the friendly, calm and efficient voice at the end of the phone. Although Rachel is a recent acquisition to the staff she has quickly become an invaluable member of the Wellington team.

Lyn Smith

Weekend Staff

About Lyn:

Lyn joined Wilkie May & Tuckwood in January 2012 and is the friendly face meeting the public on weekend viewings. Lyn enjoys visiting the wide and ever changing range of properties whilst providing the vital link between purchasers' requests and the current portfolio. Lyn lives in the town and knows the region very well.

Abby Walker MNAEA


About Abby:

Abby joined the team in 2014 as a Junior Negotiator and soon progressed the ranks to Negotiator having passed her NAEA exams in 2016. She has good computer skills and has been trained in customer care with a regional chain of coffee shops where she became Assistant Manager. Abby is keen to excel in all aspects of her role, and very much enjoys helping people find their ideal property. She has an enthusiastic, organised approach to her work and uses her initiative to ensure an excellent end result.
